What is The TDS Group?

The TDS Group, Inc. is an independent Third Party Administrator for Public Schools and Non-Profit Organizations.

The TDS Group (often referred to as 'TDS') was originally Tax Deferred Services, and was founded in 1978 as a small Common Remitting company.

As the need for our services increased, TDS expanded and developed branch offices throughout California and across the nation.

We are now the largest independent provider of 403(b) and 457(b) plan administration services in California.

As a leading provider, we believe in open architecture and benefit expansion. TDS works with organizations to assist them in offering the most extensive benefit package available to their employees without increasing employer workload.

In addition to providing our industry expertise, we also offer a trusted partnership with the California School Boards Association. TDS has been a California School Boards Association District Services partner since 1991.
